Stone Sales and Service traces its roots back to 1949 when it was established in Indianapolis, Indiana by Paul S. Poynter, Sr. With a steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional natural stone products to the building sector, Paul’s unwavering focus on customer satisfaction fueled his passion.

In 1991, Brad J. Poynter and his wife, Darlene, purchased their own stone quarry operations, naming it “Stone Sales and Service, Inc.” as a tribute to Brad’s father, Paul Sr.

Today, our Tennessee-based wholesale quarries supply flagstone, fieldstone, and various other building stone products to stone centers across the nation.
