Many of you will remember the old days when we had the Yellow Pages and our fingers could do the walking. Whatever happened to them?

Well, they were replaced by web based directory listings and search pages. These work fine in metropolitan areas; however, doing a web search for many of the services we need in a somewhat rural area like Marion County quite often ends in frustration.

This site was created to give us our own Yellow Pages. To alleviate the need for calling around to your neighbor to find someone to fix this or install that. In addition, to find the local Marion County people that don’t show up in a Google or Yelp search, but are good folks that we’d want to do business with if only we knew about the services or goods they offer.
