Established in 2003 by Karin Boeck, M.D. and Rory D. Justo, M.D. proudly serving Marion County, Sequatchie County, Jackson County, Hamilton County, as well as other surrounding counties.

Our Mission is to aid new and existing patients who are seeking a primary care / internal medicine physician, and function as a practice that offers a wide range of services and is in network with most insurance companies.
