RDG (Rowland Development Group)

Founded on January 1, 2005 by Phil & Dusty Rowland, we’ve been proudly building custom projects ever since.

After serving the tristate area as a hospital CEO for 20+ years, Phil’s interest in development and construction led him to retire as a hospital CEO, whereby, he could focus on development and construction projects. After graduating The University of the South in 2003, Dusty went to work for a national small box retail developer and contractor. And so, it was just a matter of time before father and son teamed up to pursue their interests together.

While RDG has built hundreds of commercial and residential projects throughout the years, the primary focus of RDG now is building beautiful CUSTOM homes. They have built dozens of custom homes in Black Creek Mountain, and are currently a preferred custom home builder in Jasper Highlands and River Gorge Ranch.
